I called Mr. West Repairs Thursday afternoon and was promptly scheduled for the next morning. I was given a text 15-20 minutes prior to arrival. Mike explained his initial diagnosis and advised we would know full details upon further inspection. He was right on the money when it came to our washer's problem. He took about 2.5 - 3 hours to finish the job. He cleaned up his area and was very thorough. He took the time to explain regular maintenance with the washer and even took a look our dishwasher and made suggestions. Thank you Mike, we will certainly keep you as a contact and refer you to family and friends.

Mr. West Repair co-owned by two brothers who in my opinion are an outstanding example of small business entrepreneurship at its highest level. From the moment I made my initial call, booked an appointment for the very next day et when Michael arrived I received stellar service at the highest level of expertise et professionalism ! Michael diagnosed the problem with my convection oven, provided an on the spot quote for parts et labor, had the replacement part on his truck et in less than an hour my oven was repaired.
